The Saltville Industrial Authority was set up and operates as a working arm of the Saltville Town Council,
in procurement of business and industry. This group deals with multi-million dollar deals to helping local
businesses get off to a stable start, it is also a negotiating arm of the Town. This entity operates with
anonymity in their dealings, while still operating under its main body of the Saltville Town Council and
under its rules and by-laws.
